The letter raised a few issues that we would like to see resolved. It is my understanding that BCO states that we are to have 10 days after we receive a citation, including the indictment and the names of the witnesses, before we're expected to appear before the court to plead. Having not yet received the indictment or list of witnesses, it seems odd that we'd be expected to plead at next week's meeting. Looking over my records, I don't believe that I've received any minutes from any Session meeting since April 8, 2005. I'm again repeating my request from July 27, 2004 (and April 11, 2005) to have all Session minutes relating to me and Sarah sent to us. This includes the first meeting of the court on June 9, 2005, including who is making up the court. Thank you, Tom Albrecht III
