I've seen this too. In fact, I have a dear friend whose brother is in Iraq. And, I've found it pretty much impossible to speak on this subject with her because I feel as if I am devaluing his service if I criticize the war. And, in a way, I am. I mean - I respect his obedience. But, I think it would be much better if they would bring the troops home and he could be here with his wife and new baby whom he hasn't even met, yet. But, if I say we should bring the troops home, I'm pretty much saying that he is putting his life on the line for nothing. And, that could be pretty hurtful.
