{"id":257,"date":"2005-02-26T13:30:58","date_gmt":"2005-02-26T18:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/wp\/archives\/2005\/02\/26\/one-complaint-upheld-by-presbytery\/"},"modified":"2005-03-29T22:49:37","modified_gmt":"2005-03-30T03:49:37","slug":"one-complaint-upheld-by-presbytery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/wp\/2005\/02\/one-complaint-upheld-by-presbytery\/","title":{"rendered":"One Complaint Upheld by Presbytery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just got back from the information meeting with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dca.net\/heritage\/\">Heritage Presbytery<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/wp\/archives\/2005\/01\/16\/commission-meeting\/\">Judicial <del datetime=\"2005-02-26T17:07:2805:00\">Committee<\/del> <ins datetime=\"2005-02-26T17:07:2805:00\">Commission<\/ins><\/a> over <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/wp\/archives\/2004\/11\/27\/session\/\">our recent complaints<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The summary is that they denied our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/webpages\/complaint.pdf\">first complaint<\/a> and upheld our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glamdring.org\/webpages\/complaint2.pdf\">second complaint<\/a> against our Session.  Sarah and I are very pleased at the outcome, and based on what the Presbytery commissioners said, the first complaint really wasn&#8217;t valid since the Session hadn&#8217;t been following proper procedure anyway.  In other words, had the first meeting been properly ordered, then they should have been able to exclude Simon and Mike.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be updating this post with scans from the document, so you can see the exact wording.
